Joe Gonzalez, Jr
Chairman of the Board
Joe Gonzalez grew up in Mabton, WA, a small town nestled within the Columbia Basin. Today he is the owner and president/CEO of American Electric, Inc., a small electrical contract company located in Richland, Washington. Mr. Gonzalez began his career as an electrician in 1974, working hard to advance and contribute to the growth of his company, JRT Electric. Eventually, his hard work and dedication paid off and in 1995 where Mr. Gonzalez was offered the opportunity to purchase the company and become a business owner.
Mr. Gonzalez enjoys playing golf and spending time with family when he is not giving back to his community through his positions on several other boards including; the Mabton School Board, the City of Grandview Planning Commission, and an Advisory Board with Local Union 112 and the Signatory Contractors to promote better relations with the construction industry.
Mr Gonzalez joined the board of directors at Bank Reale because he believes that everyone deserves an opportunity. He believes that through Bank Reale, he can help other small businesses grow and prosper, creating opportunity for a stronger, more viable community.
Keith Sattler, CPA, recently retired as the owner and operator of Sattler Associates in Prosser, WA. Mr. Sattler has enjoyed managing the successful accounting firm for over 20 years. Prior to starting Sattler Associates, Mr. Sattler had a hand in several projects. For a time, he served as State Director of the Farmers Home Administration. He has served on the board of several banks and he has had experience with real estate and development through a partnership with a real estate development company in Spokane, WA, and KDLM in Richland, WA.
Mr. Sattler’s heart for dedication is shown through his involvement in serving on the board of several banks. His first position on a bank board was in 1989 as a founding director of Home Security Bank. His accomplishments include contributing to the formation and chartering of this bank. In addition, Mr. Sattler also previously served as the Chairman of the Board for American West Bank from 1998 to 2003.
Other board positions include Alexandria Nicole Cellars, 20 years as Treasurer of the Lower Valley Holding Co. and chairman of the Prosser Memorial Hospital Foundation. Truly, Mr. Sattler is dedicated to serving our community.
Dale A. Walter
Dale A. Walter is recently retired as the owner and president of Morrison Construction Services, Inc., located in Richland, WA. Morrison Construction Services, Inc. is a registered general construction company whose specialities include government contracting, mechanical and HVAC as well as asbestos abatement.
Mr. Walter is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and holds a degree in professional accounting. Mr. Walter gives back to his community on a regular basis and has been an accountant for the past 35 years.
Dennis D. Gisi, the Former CEO of Bank Reale since January, 2009. Previously, Chairman of the Board for Bank Reale. From 1998-2003 he served as Director of Financial and Relationship Planning for Baker Boyer Bank. Mr. Gisi was responsible for establishing and implementing the bank's strategic vision. In addition to these duties he served as Vice President and Director of Property Management for Baker Boyer Bank. Prior Mr. Gisi served as the Senior Trust Officer for Baker Boyer Bank, responsible for approximately $50 million portfolio including the management of 48,000 acres of farm land held in trust.
Mr. Gisi is also Chairman and CEO of D. Gisi & Assoc. LLC dba John L Scott Tri Cities Pasco a real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale and leasing of residential and commercial property. Mr. Gisi has had ties to the Pasco construction and real estate industry since 1993 and a founding member and owner of 3 River Properties, LLC, a real estate development firm, located in Pasco, WA since 1999, He is president of Gisi Investment Services Inc. a firm that invests in real estate and investment portfolios for the purposes of income and long-term growth potential. Mr. Gisi became a Certified Financial Planner in 1989 and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2002. Mr. Gisi is serving on the finance council of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Walla Walla, WA, Treasurer of the Washington State Foundation for Early Learning (FEL), Committee Member regarding the Merger between Thrive by 5 and FEL both located in Seattle, WA. in 1989 and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2002. Mr. Gisi is serving on the finance council of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Walla Walla, WA , Treasurer of the Washington State Foundation for Early Learning (FEL), Committee Member regarding the Merger between Thrive by 5 and FEL both located in Seattle, WA.
Richard “Dick” Moeller
Richard “Dick” Moeller, retired in 2001 as the original owner and manager of Moeller Construction, Inc., located in Walla Walla, WA. He started the company in 1967, which handled a broad range of projects including raw land development, major commercial construction, and building over 300 custom and speculative residential homes. Although Mr. Moeller is retired, he continues to own and operate Moeller Properties and Moeller Enterprises. Both companies own and manage commercial and mini-storage rental properties.
Mr. Moeller continues to be a thriving part of his community by serving on the Walla Walla County Fair Board and also on the committees of Finance and Pavilion restoration. He is also Chairman of the long-range planning for the Walla Walla County Fair Grounds. Previously, Mr. Moeller served on the Walla Walla Chamber of Commerce Board and was Chairman of the Walla Walla Community College Carpentry Board.
