Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Wrap the tape measure around you so that it is just touching, but not binding.   • Now, subtract your band size measurement from this second measurement. The difference is your cup size (see chart below).

Clearly the band size is the most important measurement for a man. Most men will find little difference between the band size and the cup size, so it will be up to personal choice. The table below will give you some idea of what cup sizes are available. You may want to consider the fruit method to help with your decision.
